Teen Mom 3 star MacKenzie McKee, a fan favorite before the spinoff's cancelation, was apparently already filming a special about what she's going through with her mother — who sadly has been diagnosed with stage 4 brain cancer.
Now they've transitioned the bodybuilder with the rodeo riding hubby into a full-fledged cast member for the flagship of the franchise — and she's reportedly already been filming for a week!
